From day one, this expensive fountain pen leaked and skipped excessively. Cleaning the nib in Speedball pen flush and changing to another Parker brand convertor may have improved performance slightly. However, its current performance would not be acceptable in a $10.00 fountain pen. The Parker Web-page doesn't offer replacement nibs at all, even if you want to buy them. They have a "Nib Exchange" program if you want to exchange your "perfectly functioning nib" for another (presumably if you want a different nib size). For the nib exchange or warranty work you must send your pen to them in the snail-mail. Where they will decide if your nib is defective or not. If you want to exchange a nib for a nib, your nib must be in "PERFECT" condition according to their service division. Compare this Customer Service to say, the Kaweco Company, who sell the nibs for all of there pens at reasonable prices with no questions asked.
