Q: What batteries do you need for the mop?

It takes 4 AA batteries which come with the mop when or if you buy it!!

Q: After maybe one-and-a-half month of use it has now stopped working changed new batteries put in new liquid and nothing works ?

Mine stopped working also, changed batteries but still no good, my daughter got it me off amazon September so no reciept now?

Q: What’s the difference between this and the vileda 123 spray mop please? (If any)

To be honest no difference l have both the vileda is lighter weight but both good x

Q: Can it be used on Porcelanosa plank tiles?
