This is not a review on the carabiners; they seems fine. This is a review on the packaging. For 5 carabiners they sent it in a box filled with styrofoam peanuts. Not only are styrofoam peanuts bad for the environment; they are also bad for human health, alarmed at the health effects on workers making the material and the quality of the soil and groundwater near landfills where most of it ends up. Styrofoam peanuts are also hard to deal with. So if you do not want a box filled with styrofoam peanuts I would not buy this item.
