Excellent batteries!!
If you've done your research, you already know these are about one out a dozen of 150+ batteries that actually have or surpass their labeled capacity. They may be more expensive than most other 18650's but if you calculated the $/mah you'd find these are a good deal. They have a very high mah/weight ratio so good for long endurance RC aircraft as long as the application is not high C (current draw). Awesome construction and I've never had an NCR18650 battery fail, explode, leak etc. As with all lithium chemistry batteries, you have to make sure you do not over charge or over discharge them. These ones are not protected; just raw cells. If your looking for the all around best batteries, look no further. Also, they appear to be true Panasonics as they are labeled exactly as pictured and a few charge-discharge cycles on a high-end computerized charger shows they have at or slightly above rated/labeled capacities.

Finally, 18650s that measure up to their mAh spec. Nicely done Panasonic
I'm a systems engineer so I test and track every rechargeable battery I own, every time I charge them, with this smart charger and I keep the data in a spreadsheet. (Yes, it used to drive my wife nuts. Now she just rolls her eyes and ignores me.) I've tested numerous 18650s, some with mAh ratings higher than these Panasonics, but none come close to their specs. Except these. They registered 3410mAh to 3470mAh so, needless to say, I'm pleased. As I use them I'll update this review periodically with how they're holding up. From what I know about NCR, though, I doubt I'll be disappointed.

Very good. All batteries Verified/Tested to well over 3400 mAh
Verified Tested to slightly over 3400 mAh, as tested with an Opus BT-C3100 tester charger. Exact mAh were 3469, 3445, 3482, and 3458 mAh, charging and discharging at 500 mA. Very happy.

One of the best 18650's you can buy
These are the real deal. Don't be taken in by unscrupulous Chinese battery manufacturers claiming 6500mAh, etc. Do your homework. Anyone claiming more than 3400mAh capacity for a single 18650 battery is making false claims. The chemistry just isn't there. These work as advertised and I use them exclusively as they recharge over 400 cycles without incident.

Very impressed.. this appears to me to be a very good battery
I often go to the negative reviews first (no company is going to pay for a bad review) and I don't understand some of the complaints. Low capacity? Low cycles and sticky silver labels? It sounds like there is more than one source and at least one sources inferior batteries. I bought 4 batteries. No problems, delivered quickly. Just holding them it seemed as though they were heavier than most, and higher density often signals higher capacity. I tested them all before use and recorded the results. According to my (inexpensive) charger/tester, all 4 batteries measured between 3250-3300 mah. That is a very tight and consistent grouping which indicates that their (Panasonic?) manufacturing process is under control. And the difference between that and rated value can easily, I think, be explained by the fact that I was not using calibrated, precise test equipment. I got 4 very well matched, seemingly excellent batteries. At this point, I am quite pleased. I will revisit this review if I get anything other than expected results in the future.

Received genuine and fresh Panasonic cells!
Seems like Genuine Panasonic batteries! Or at least the 3400mAh claim seems legit. I have tested these and all 4 cells I got hit around 3300-3400mAh rating. Label says manufactured in Japan. Price is not the best here for can't beat it for fast shipping!

Tested, honest mAh capacity.
I have recently purchased five different 18650 batteries (all through Amazon). These ones are by far the highest capacity, and a reasonable price for that capacity. I used a Miboxer C4 charger/tester for all tests.Panasonic NCR18650B 3400mAh (light green), Tested: 3350mAh.Hossen GTF 9900mAh (red), Tested: 1170mAh.UltraFire 5000mAh (blue): Tested: 1230mAh.UltraFire 4000mAh (red): Tested: 1180mAh.LiCB ICR 6800mAh (light green): Tested 2530mAh.Note 1: The NCR18650B 3400mA batteries were sold by "GP Corp". I have another order from "All for Best Store" that I will test as well.Note 2: These are flat top batteries. They do not have a button top, or cusp, and may not work in all devices.

so they need to be charged in an intelligent charger, and shouldn't be used in jury rig ...
These cells seem to hold close to their rated capacity. Beware of counterfeits. If they're much cheaper, it's probably lower capacity. These are unprotected cells, so they need to be charged in an intelligent charger, and shouldn't be used in jury rig equipment with a non trivial chance of short circuit. There's no +/- marking, you just have to know which end is which. I used a voltmeter and a sharpie to fix that.

Are these really Panasonic?
The name Panasonic appears nowhere on the battery.

Look elsewhere
1 of the 4 batteries crapped out within a couple weeks. Will not buy again! For 3400 mAh doesn't seem to last as long as I would of expected either.

Work great and recharge reliably
I always go with Panasonic. And these are really Panasonic. Not a knock off. Work great and recharge reliably.

Fake 18650 3400 mAh capacity battery, around ~2700mAh only
Fake 18650 3400 mAh capacity battery. As soon as I recieved the batteries I tested them using opus bt-c3400 which is reliable battery tester analyzer for 18650 batteries.

They all died
Using to vape all four died within two months. Purchased another brand and have had no issues going forward.

Not really button tops.
The top did not male contact for my headlamp. Had to find others. These are not button caps. Work great in my vaporizer but not in my flashlight or headlamp

Decent
Worked good, just because they are rechargeable the charge it holds isn't the greatest but good for the price and usability
