These work great to make hay last longer.
These are great to slow horses down and make the hay last. They hold up well and they hold a lot of hay, although I tend to put only three or four pounds per bag and use several bags, which makes the hay last even longer. I use this for insulin resistant horses and for a horse with a sensitive stomach that does much better with hay in front of him most of the day.

Very well built haynet and takes the abuse from my horse
The hay net has small holes to keep the horse from taking too much hay at one time. The netting is very well constructed and durable. My horse pulls and tugs at it to get the hay and the net looks like the day I purchased it. I have had it two months now. I highly recommend this hay net.

This net has been amazing. I wish the blue hanging strap were a different material so it wouldn't be so slippery, I have to get creative with my tie process in the stall. But overall this slows her down substantially, so I don't feel terrible wondering if she's in the stall for the day or night with no hay left! And it's huge!! Best deal for those on a budget.UPDATE: My first net lasted a good 8-9 months before she chewed a hole in it. No biggie, I got a new one about 2 months ago and she has already got a muzzle sized hole chewed in the bottom. I love that it slows her down but I'm really disappointed in the longevity especially at $30

Great quality for the price.
The nets were just as I expected and the size was just as described and plenty large enoughThey are also pretty durable for my guys. Unfortunately after having my horses on nets for a couple of years it is wearingOn their teeth, sadly for me I have to go back to free hay. The nets are great for their digestion and keeping them on hay later into a cold nite, it also keeps the paddock mess free. If you are looking for a net I would recommend the greedy feeder and as with any net keep an eye on their teeth

Does What It Says; Not Perfect
I have a pony-sized Paint horse who gets fat on air, so I got this net to slow him down while still letting him have 24/7 access to forage. Overall, it does just that, but it has its faults. My biggest complaint with this net is that it has a very strong elastic recoil. When it is stuffed full of hay (holds about 7-10 lbs), Pony eats from it without a problem. But once it gets about half empty, it recoils, and he has to work harder to get the hay out of the holes; it just tends to follow the shape of the hay net, and as they hay net shrinks, the hay moves up to fill its tear-drop shape and doesn't poke through the holes anymore. My pony lives out, so I used to hang his hay nets from tree branches; that does NOT work with this net. Once it's half-empty, if he cannot press it up against a wall or other solid surface, he cannot get the hay out of it.It also has a very thick cord, which is hard to tie. It's slippery and tends to slide. I use a metal clip instead of even attempting to tie it, because otherwise, it falls down...... and once this thing hits the ground and gets muddy, it's virtually impossible to get clean. I had this thing soaking in a bucket of sudsy water for 48 hours and it was still holding massive amounts of mud like a sponge. Don't let it hit the ground.Overall, it slows down my easy keeper as long as I can hang it securely against a solid wall. It would be great if it held more; if it held a bit more hay, it would probably last him a full 24 hours, thus requiring me to get covered in hay only once a day--win!UPDATE: Literally 24 hours after I wrote this review, Pony chewed a large hole in the side of the net, significantly decreasing its effectiveness at slowing him down. It lasted about 2 months before he "defeated" it.

Very small 1 inch holes!
Very small 1 inch holes! Standard hay nets holes are 1 1/2 to 2 inch holes. This net is great for horses that rip though hay even with the standard 2 inch holed nets. Definitely slows them down and makes there hay lasts a lot longer! But be careful I had one horse who “gave up with it” they just don’t want to work that hard and will choose not to even bother trying anymore.Material is very sturdy mesh netting. Hold up nice too!

Very effective slow feed hay net! At first I used a 2"hole hay net but my horse quickly learned how to eat out of it so it didn't slow him down much. Now I use the large net for one flake at a time and it works perfectly. I hang the net using a carabiner threaded through three of the side holes and then hooked onto my hay rack. I've been using this net almost daily for 3 months and it shows no damage.

expensive and doesn’t hold up well.
I bought this hay net to slow my horses down from gobbling hay quickly to extending feeding time longer. Also this nets claim to fame is it was softer on your horses lips. But this hay net, as expensive as it was, has done nothing but rip up. I have repaired it four times. Soon I will have to throw it away. The cheap hay nets at the local stores are really holding up well and I will stick with them from here on.

Robusta
Molto valida, robusta e capiente ci sta quasi una balletta di fieno di quelle classiche. Necessiterebbe di un fissaggio idoneo anche nella parte opposta all'apertura.

Huge
Great big haynet, it takes about half of a small bale of hay. Well made.

Great for greedy horse
Great haynet keeps my boy happy for hours, I have a couple of other greedy nets I would have been better ordering a small net, as the large one is huge, but an excellent haynet 👌
