Does it record PC? (Connect a PC to ElGato and Recording Another PC)

I may return mine after I saw this question. Which is misleading. The card CAN NOT record from the PC it is installed in which is what I was wanting to do. I can record from a DIFFERENT PC that is outputting video however. I bought this to enhance the quality of my streams for an online game and now I wasted $169!

how long is the cable because my ps3 is about 5- 6 1/2 feet away from my desktop?

The HD60 Pro I purchased in March 2017 came with a 6 1/2 foot HDMI cable.

Can we record from the wii and ps2 consoles? What about other older consoles? Also, face cam? Does anyone know of a good tutorial to help set up with this?

this version of Elgato is able to record Old Consoles and New Consoles. i use it to record consoles like N64, Gamecube, Wii. WiiU, PS2, PS3, PS1, SNES, Switch, Xbox 360, Xbox One X, PS4. highly recommend but it says it is listed for $300+ for me now so i can't recommend you buy it here go to Elgato's website to buy it.

does it record your voice if not how do you record it

If you have a microphone (accessory or built-in) then yes, it does record your voice. There is a feature to record with the microphone on or off, and even allows to fade game volume as you speak.
