WenTop Led Strip Lights 16.4ft for Bedroom with Remote

After about 2 weeks of getting the lights, the colors started changing and not matching with remote. Sent email to them (the manufacturer, not Amazon) and they said well it must be the lights, we send you out new string of lights. One month later I got the lights and these lights didn't match the remote from the get-go. So i emailed them again, they said now it was the color box and they would send one, another month goes by, and it gets here. The remote is broken in 1/2 and it still doesn't work. Threw them all in the trash.

I was very happy with my purchase until the 3rd time I tried to use it and it was not working. Unfortunately it was after buying a second set as a gift and both of us are stuck with a faulty product that stopped working after less than 3 uses. Pathetic.

I have purchased 3 sets of led lights for my kids rooms. These are by far the worst. They do not connect to each other like my others do. You have to plug the seperate sets into the same plug.... well I don’t need 3 sets in the same exact spot. I neeed them to connect to each other to wrap around the room. Not to mention they don’t even turn on or work!

I was really excited for these lights, they came in and we were able to put them up great, however they only kinda work. The colors on each light strip are not in sync (one will be pink, one red, one green, one yellow), the remote doesn't correspond correctly to which color shows up, and only some of the colors even work. Were keeping them since they sorta work, but it would be nice if we were able to get all of the colors/were able to have them light up properly :(

I put this up and its already giving me problems. The remote kinda works, you have to push hard. Putting it up was a pain the adhesive backing sucked, It wasn't properly attached to the lights and then I had to spend a stupid about of time getting the backing off the adhesive, once up works fine. Now that it is installed, the remote isn't working great and there is so much regret.You have to use the splitter, there isn't any attachment to daisy chain them.Edit:Pick a color any color cause after a few hours its just gonna change it and go to whatever it wants.I really wish this didn't suck as much as it does for me. Bright light just does whatever it wants.

The media could not be loaded.  From what's in the description, it's a great product. It looks absolutely amazing on my walls and ceiling. Although, I would take out a star because when I needed to remove the strip since I placed it wrong, it took a few parts of the paint for both the wall and ceiling color. Yes, it is durable but I wouldn't prefer it to do so because if I end up needing to move rooms the paint isn't an easy fix. One thing I'd also have to mention is that if you needed to make it turn a 90-degree angle you'd have to crease the two points instead of having to cut it and having an extension. it was a problem because having to look up and using a ruler to press the strip against the ceiling was already a hassle but folding the strip was another extra step unneeded. all in all 32.4 feet led lights is a great amount of length that I needed, I missed an inch of it to finish the chain but it's okay I barely notice it.

I would've rated this higher, except for the remote. The DIY function doesnt work. When following the directions, every time I push a DIY button, it turns the lights white. The arrow buttons do not work at all! Only certain colors flash. The only way to get fade to work is by using the default "Fade 3" and Fade 7" buttons, what happened to 1,2,4,5 & 6? The colors themselves actually look good. The strip sticks very well and they do include some clips as well though I haven't had to use them. Fix the remote and you'd have a much better product. The steps included do not work to set the DIY. The steps stated in the Q & A also do not work to set the DIY. Bottom line : spend a little more and get the strips that also work with your phone and sync with music.

Bought for one of grandkids but was not quite enough to go around room and play area. So bought more. One strand left over so he gave to his cousin. She says needs a little more and her sister saw so bought more. Little brother saw and could not believe he was left out!!! Lost count of how many I purchased but they are great! Love the color change. Easy remote (youngest child age 4 can operate). can change level of brightness. Stay where they are placed.
