The ring works great!
I purchased this Step Up ring to use on my Canon SX 40 HS because I read that the hood I had purchased for my camera required one. However, after receiving the hood, I found that I did not need this because the hood was not as described. Unfortunately, I sent this item back, but will buy from this seller again because the product was great and a very good price!

it works fine, this is a simple adapter to use a bigger diamater filter on a smaller lens, or in my case use a Yongnuo macro flash with a smaller diameter Tamron 90mm lens.

Works as intended, just be careful not to tighten to much, it's difficult to get off if too tight.

Praktische Erfindung die auch funktioniert, nur leider ist bei entsprechender Brennweite, der Ring und der aufgeschraubte Filter sichtbar. Davon abgesehen, alles gut!
