I wear child-size hats...how adjustable is the mic and does the size mechanism hold up?

I always have a problem with mics falling off, I bobby pin therm, clip them, whatever and they fall off the minute I jump. This one is a lot better. It doesn't adjust really, but it "holds" and if you wear a hat it helps quite a bit. Its probably one of the best I've ever used. I'm a GF director... Been teaching 20+ years.

Can this sync to a MacBook?

It does not sync to anything. It is a transmitter and receiver pair. The receiver plugs into an analog audio input of some kind. It has 1/4" and XLR outputs.

Is this system compatible with the shure pga31 mic?
