It's rather small so not a good choice if a man is intending on using it and it came with no instructions. It is also a bit of a challenge to use as you need to be within proximity of a USB port for power.

Doesn't get very warm or hot at all... and doesn't smell much

Lavandor scent diminished after a month or so.

There was a problem with my first order and I received a refund from Amazon. When I got a follow-up email from Lifestance I told them about it and they immediately made arrangements to send me a replacement item at no charge; great customer service! The item itself is pretty good and very convenient to take when traveling but it is not as comfortable as my microwaveable eye mask. Still, this will be incredibly convenient when I stay at hotels.

I return the mask because when I put it on my eyes it's not heavy so it kind of sits over your eyes barely touching the yes. I don't recommend this gadget.

Does a good job.Could fit tighter on face and get warmer.Would suggest to others.I wrap an ace bandage around mask to pull it against eye lids, wakes it much warmer.Place cotton balls inside mask cover to line up with eye sockets on outside of mask so as not to block heat.When you wrap the ace bandage it pushes the heated side of the mask on your eye lids.Much improves heat on eyes but is not to hot just warm.Two years later , still working fine.Only thing I have found that works on my Dry Eye condition on bad days.I apply GenTel gel severe eye to my eyes and wrap head / eyes and do 2 15 min. sessions and eyes always feel much better.If you have severe Dry Eyes you know very few thing actual help condition.This will!!

Unfortunately, heat settings did not deliver as well as I had hoped for, or smell like lavender at all. Max setting warms up lightly, and not significantly enough to feel what it claims.Overall, this product is overpriced due to its poor quality output. However Mask fit and material is good.

The eye mask is actually purchased for my husband for replace the disposal steam eye mask.When the mask heat up, it's actually help him relax. So Far, he is enjoy and satisfied.Here is few thing you should be aware before you purchase,1. the Lavender smell won't last for long ... in our case, it's only last 2 days.2. The power of heat up system is from the USP port... which means you need to have a USP PORT or USB ADAPTER to connect the mask nearby...
