I loooove the cut and design of this bustier. But, like most things, you can't have your cake and eat it too. I'm a 32DD and I've searched far and wide for a pretty bridal bustier set that is both sexy and gorgeous and highly functional, too. I think this is as close as I've come. It could definitely offer a little more support, as the cups are thin (but hold well), and the hook and eye closure in the back does not go all the way down to pull in the fabric around the hips to give the bra added structure and hold. But overall it's beautiful and does an okay job supporting the girls. Luckily I was buying this set more for looks than anything since my gown holds me up pretty well on it's own.Side note: Ivory color is a deeper, more yellowy cream colored ivory that matches perfectly with the Lilian Rose ivory pearl garter set here on Amazon.

I bought this superb basque ("merry widow") for my wife as a gift selection from her Amazon Wish List. When this item arrived and my wife tried it on, it fit perfectly; she felt both comfortable and very feminine. My wife is a slim and stacked 5' 4", has a 34D bust and weighs 120 lbs., and normally wears a Size S or 6/8. The white color makes this basque modest yet extremely sensual without "showing everything you've got". The shoulder and hosiery straps are easily removable. My wife loves to wear this piece of lingerie, and if it is available in your size, then a purchase is very highly recommended!

This is the first strapless bra that has ever fit me well! I am a 38H and it fits like a bra is supposed to the cups sit against the breast bone and I can move around without falling out. I only give a 4 because the boning of it is bowing and not lying flat on the stomach.

The cups run fairly true to size, the body part runs large though. I ordered the 34H and was worried the body part might be tight from other reviews, that was not the case. The boning/support would be a little better if the item was tighter I feel, but could cause too much push up rather than the natural look, under a fitted dress it will be perfect!

I read reviews that stated this fit large, but I think the fit is reasonable. If you are skinny and busty, this might not work for you, but it fits an average body type. It is not a corset, but a cute piece of lingerie at a good price. This will be lovely under my wedding dress (which alread has built-in boning), and seems to provide decent support for the girls.

I bought this basque to wear on my wedding. When it arrived I wanted to try it on but it is very difficult to do all the hooks on the back, so I needed some help with that.Eventually I wore the bra from the same line of Panache, because the basque didn't fit perfectly well, the boning stuck out under the wiring a little bit.

It is lovely & fits well but is missing a garter strap

As other reviewers have posted the boning part of this basque rolled and was very uncomfortable.It fit properly in the bust area but for the amount of money (and the fact it would be under my wedding dress), this did not work at all.

Didn't work for us as the bones protruded through the thin material of the dress so we returned it.
