FINAL UPDATE (below is original review). These do not last at all.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Much better than the original Neato batteries BUT you might have to fiddle with them at first to get them to work. They charged just fine but the red charging light stayed on and wouldn't go into clean mode. Man of house took them out, checked charge and they were good, then plugged back in after some more fiddling and then they worked correctly and have stayed working correctly for a couple of weeks. Hopefully, I will update this after 6 months to see if they continue to allow for a long clean time of 60 minutes +. Unfortunately which "fiddling" actually got them working correctly is unknown -- he reversed their location, reseated connection, powered off/on, and who knows what else but I think the key is that if they do charge up to full when new, you can get them to work.UPDATE: unfortunately am now having a problem somewhere with these batteries (only about 3 months later). Continually getting Battery Issue error ...(0002) so Neato no longer working with them (Neato is a little over 1 year old and not used on a daily basis). This appliance costs too much to being continually having battery problems. Batteries do have a full charge and have researched on the web which says may be bad connection (already checked and reconnected with same error 2). Will see If can diagnose further.UPDATE 2: finally had the Man of the house check batteries again and they had a full charge and were holding it. Thoroughly cleaned the battery connections AND most importantly, took a pin and made a slightly larger hole in the metal area on Neato where the battery was connected to. THIS WORKED FOR NOW!! and these batteries are again usable (actually nothing wrong with the batteries, so I should say Neato is again usable.

It works and fits fine. It gives the NEATO XV-21 around 65 minutes of power before it needs to charge again.
