I have had Tinnitus (both ears) for decades. I bought and used (according to the directions) 5 bottles directly from Sonovel; I got no relief -- no reduction in noise. A total waste of money. In order to write this review, I also ordered one bottle of Sonovel from Amazon, too.

Couldn't tell any difference after a month of use. I have been afflicted with tenitis for many years and would have welcomed any improvement.

Took for 60 days no change at all to the ringing in my ears

I have taken this for two months and it has not worked as advertised

This does not work for ringing in the ears.
