Micro Kickboard - Maxi Original 3-Wheeled, Lean-to-Steer, Swiss-Designed Micro Scooter for Kids, Ages 5-12

This scooter is awesome! I researched lots of scooters and read lots of reviews and this got the best reviews. My then 4 year old loved it. We got it for her for Christmas and I almost got the Mini Micro but I'm glad I went with the Maxi cause it worked then and will work for many years. She struggles with bikes cause she doesn't have the patience and neither do I so I decided on this scooter. It's easy to steer and balance and its adjustable. Since it was Christmas and there was snow she would ride it inside all over the place. Now that it's summer she loves it outside too. She likes to go fast and she never liked to go fast. It's because she is in control. She can do hills which frustrated her and me on a bike. We tried other scooters with one wheel and two wheels on the back and this scooter is so great for her. She's 5 and still buzzes around on it. Her 1 year old sister putts around on it too. Handle bars are too tall for her but she can get the general idea. I would totally buy this scooter again for my other kids. It was more than I wanted to spend but I decided I needed to spend the extra to make it better and more enjoyable for her and I'm so glad I did. It's sturdy and well built and easy to adjust and cute! I loved all the colors I could pick from. She'll get used to the bike eventually when I make dad with all the patience help, right now she's so happy with the scooter! It has a great concept for steering too. Instead of turning the handle bars she just leans side to side and shifts her weight and voila that's where it goes.

I bought this for my son for his 5th birthday. I am SOOO glad I bought the maxi micro. This is an amazing scooter. We have 6 kids so have had MANY scooters over the years. This is by far the best of them all. It stands up, which in my husbands opinion is the best thing about it! No more scooter laying on the ground to be tripped over and stub your toe on! :) It is light weight...even my 3 year old can pick it up. On that note, my 3 year old is loving this scooter too! It took them both a few days to figure out how to use the brake and how to use their weight to go around sharp corners, but after just a few days they were pros. My 13 year old son and 11 year old daughter have begged to ride on this. My 13 year old said it is the fastest and most fun scooter he has ever ridden! I love the black color as it is slick looking and I don't think they will grow out of the color like maybe some of the others. I really hesitated because of the price, but I can tell you another purchase is in our near future for our 3 year old. They both want to ride it ALL the time!!!UPDATE: Bought my second scooter and I am just as pleased as I was with the first one! Buy it...You won't regret it!

This scooter is amazing. I purchased the black for my big, 95%+ 3yo son for Christmas. Easily one of his favorite gifts to date. He got used to it that first day, and by day two he was literally flying up & down the street! It goes so fast, and it so smooth & easy for him to use...he just loves it! Kids at the park constantly ask to take it for a spin, & when they get off the don't want to get back on their razor or whatever they are riding! Seriously, just buy it...it's worth the money & will last for a long time with the adjustable height handle bars. Enjoy!

I know they are pricey. I know there are cheaper scooters, BUT this scooter is awesome. The design of two wheels in the front allows for better steering and balance. The scooters glide smoothly and are very high quality. We have a mini kick also and it is going on its third kid! And my kids love their scooters, so it gets a ton of use.The handle is adjustable and this scooter is great for ages five and up, if you're on the fence with a four year old get his one, but for a three year old you need the mini micro. Galt toys and other high end boutiques sell this scooter for a reason...it's nice.Recap: high quality, better construction= less falls! smoother ride and lots of use.

I choose this scooter because if it’s smooth maneuverability and height of the handle. I have a 7 year old who is too big for average scooters that have three wheels and she isn’t ready for two wheel scooter .This scooter is perfect for what we needed . We did have an issue and I’ll explain .I want to give them five stars because they resolved the issue within less than five days.The back wheel started making sounds that it normally didn’t before and with the break being on the back wheel I was concerned and I reached out for support. They immediately fixed the situation . I sent a picture and video of what was happening and they sent us a new scooter and we have to return the old and they also paid for the return shipping label . I emailed the company on a Friday by the next Friday morning we had the replacement . Awesome experience .My daughters friend has the same scooter but in pink and it has never done what my daughters scooter did. I think it was a fluke and doesn’t speak of the overall value of the scooter. Sometimes things just go wrong and I can tell it wasn’t a quality issue just a fluke.
