Great Flashlight. AA battery
Great Flashlight. AA battery. Cree chip. Great price. This is a great deal, roughly $4 each so I can toss them everywhere I normally end up needing a flashlight. The three settings are just fine, bright, dimmer and really, we don't need the strobe. The Fenix PD 32 (naturally on Amazon) is my all time favorite flashlight, but this is the hands down bargain for simple, but very useful, gifts- tape one on top of any birthday gift! Unlike the 18650 batteries, you can let your children read with this flashlight and not worry about heat buildup. Thanks Byblight, keep these great ideas coming!

Good value. Useful to have.
Good little flashlights. Compact size and simple to operate with a few basic functions. Fairly bright light as well. Add a high-end battery for even better function. These are not upper end tools to use for SAR. But they are great to keep around should the power go out. Seem pretty rugged and a good price as well. I’ll keep one in my backpack and stash them in various places around the house. A good item to have for sharing or gifts or for kids to keep handy.

Got this for our camping Kit. Each person has their own light. They are only 180 lumens so you can not throw light very far but they are great for walking around at night and fit in your pocket so you can always keep one with you. If you are looking to throw light further then just the area you are walking I would go with something higher in power. The case keeps the lights together and takes up a very small amount of space.

Good for About 18 Months
Buy these if you’re looking for a disposable LED flashlight. When new, they are very bright on all three modes. However, with very casual use (maybe ten minutes per day on average) after a few months they begin to lose their brightness. I bought my first set in October of 2017. Although it still works, as of this review I’m disposing the very first flashlight I purchased. It is noticeably not as bright as a new flashlight of the same make and model.

Wonderful small flashlights
These are great! I've had mine a few months and they are still working nicely. The zoom feature is INCREDIBLE. Just as it should, the light gets much brighter the smaller you focus it. Some reviewers complained about the square shape of the beam at the smallest (and brightest) setting, but this is the shape of the LED chip and unavoidable unless using a more expensive LED.

best pocket size flashlight that runs on regular AA battery
I love these flashlights because they are small enough to carry in my pants pocket and yet are extremely bright. They can run on a AA battery which means when I am using them at work and I need to replace the battery I can get one at the local dollar store or just about anywhere. They seem to be solidly built and hopefully will hold up for some time to come. Before now my favorite flashlight was a dorcy flashlight that ran on a AAA battery. These are much better because they put out more lumens. I am really very tempted to order more because most of the flashlights I see small enough to carry around with me run on button cell batteries. I am very happy with this purchase.

Surprisingly bright lights! I got these to give my son one to take on his first trip to summer camp. I'm finding myself carrying one all the time now. Only requires one battery, standard AA. The clip works pretty well. It holds it in a stiff pant pocket pretty well. It holds it on the brim of a hat very well, though! The switch is recessed and a little hard to actuate, especially for my fat fingers, but only a little. The focus is nice, too.

Very good
It is light in weight. It uses a thinner aluminum than most -- strong enough for daily use, but you probably cannot drive a car over it without deformation. The beam has an adjustable focus. The switch is 3-way (high-low-strobe) and always starts at high. It can use AA or 14500 battery, the latter providing a bit brighter light. The rubber seals make it weatherproof, but not waterproof. The water-proof case they come in is a is a nice bonus.
