SheaMoisture Zanzibar Marine Complex Age-Defy & Color Protect Shampoo & Conditioner – 13 oz. Shampoo & 13 oz. Conditioner Combo Pack

I started buying SheaMoisture products a few months ago and I really like them. They're good quality products with a nice variety of scents. This shampoo and conditioner leave my hair feeling clean and very well moisturized, however the scent leaves something to be desired. Both products, with use, have a slight chemical smell. When you smell them in the bottles they have a nice, light refreshing scent but when you lather the shampoo on your hair it smells like chemicals instead, same thing with the conditioner. Very odd because all of the other scented varieties of SheaMoisture products I've used like the shower gel, lotions and face masks smell wonderful. I'm very happy with the products themselves, I just wish these smelled better.

It is possible that I change the review in the future since I am still testing another product of this brand but the week I used it turned out well, I did not feel that the hair was dry or other incombeniente, but I only use it 1 week I prefer to try it for more time the products but the first impression counts and this was fine, for now I am quite satisfied with the brand.What I can say for now is that the fragrance is completely perfect I am very allergic especially to very strong fragrance and many shampoos on the market possess chemical odors or strong essences that produce me from severe headaches to constant sneezing, but this product has a very thin and fresh aroma. That is if the color of the product is more green than the one shown in the photo.

I have super long naturally curly hair. For those of you that dont it's got a mind of its own. It gets so dry and snarled at the ends I have to put olive or coconut oil in it. There is no way I'm getting a comb or brush through there. I usually have to wash my hair and use gobs of conditioner followed by a generous squirt of detangler to comb my hair out.Right away this shampoo and conditioner was different. It has slip. Not just the same old heavy cream. The fragrance is wonderful, like spices on a warm ocean breeze.The shampoo is moisturizing without feeling heavy.I love the conditioner. If you have ever cut up and cooked okra you know the super slippery gel it makes. That's the only way I can describe the amazing moisture the conditioner has. I dont even use detangler with it.My hair is glossy and smooth. Making sure I'm always stocked up.

The shampoo is as advertised but the conditioner that’s packaged with it is a slightly different formula! I expected to get the same formula of shampoo and conditioner as shown in the photo! I’m still gonna try this product because to me it’s not worth returning as I needed something for my freshly colored hair! I do suggest that they change the photo or description if they plan to continue to send the two different formulas!

Not a bad product pretty good!

My hair is so soft and my curls are defined and shiny. I've tried several lines of shea moisture but this has been the best yet! I have 4c natural hair and it's a chore finding what works--not to mention expensive. I LOVE this line and will buy again!

I do not like the way it makes my hair feel. I use other similar products but they do not give my hair the dry rough greasy feeling that this product does. It also does not have a pleasant smell.

Been a favorite for awhile. Smell is light & pleasant. Shampoo is moisturizer & conditioner is light.
