is a really good product. I was not sure about buying this, even after reading various review. But I used it, i observed it kept the content cold for 6-7 hours easily. May be it will work for more hours as well, even though 3 ice packs starts melting after 5 hours, but still they stay cold and keep the medicines cool.The outer container is sturdy and give an additional insulation to protect ice packs. Space is enough to store , not only good no of insulin pens but also 3-4 vial/bottles along with sufficient no of syringes

I like its cooling above 5 to 8 hours ,things stay cool and safe.

This is a really good product. I was not sure if I should buy this as there were no reviews on it. But I used it in a trip, and it kept the content cold for 6-8 hours easily, may be more as I didn't try that. The 3 ice packs melt after 4-6 hours, but still they stay cold and keep the medicines cool.The build is also really sturdy, and space is enough to store additional cartridges, swabs etc. Looks cool too and comes with a beautiful bag(pic).

My travel medicine container turned out to be a lifesaver! Although it seemed larger than expected at first, witnessing its effectiveness in maintaining the right temperature and securely storing my medication justified its size. With compartments for medicine, needles, alcohol swabs, and more, it's a stylish and practical solution in a hot black color that I adore.

Was surprised at some bad reviews. I found the overall quality pretty decent. All contents received as described. Insulin pen stayed at refrigerated levels after 12 hours of testing. Could very likely last for a few more hours but I tested for 12 hours bcoz for all practical purposes we won’t need it for more than that.I have no doubt this will last easily for a lifetime, especially considering my mother is generally very meticulous in taking care of her belongings.

The box looks nice and is versatile to carry around. However the icepacks are very poor in terms of performance. With the three icepacks provided, I performed a test. After freezing the 3 ice packs, I placed the three ice packs in the box. The box was placed at room temperature away from the light (without AC). The cooling function last about 5 hours. After that the icepacks were soft and not cold anymore. I tried the same experiment with 5 ice packs (i had previously ordered 3 additional icepacks of the same company). With 5 icepacks, the cooling last for 6 hours...Honestly 5-6 hours is pretty much useless, especially if one needs to travel for the full day. Even my school time milton bottle kept water cold for 8 hours 30 years ago. The pack should last for atleast 10-12 hours for it to be really useful.
