Perfect for festival's
I was pretty pleased with this tent. On the plus side it gives a lot of space. The seems were double stiched and sealed. It came with adequate guy ropes and plenty of stakes. There is no bottom but there are flaps. The cons were there was only one door with mosquito netting. The material probably doesn't breath so if you had to close everything up for a thunderstorm it could get quite warm. The open bottom means creppy crawlies can just walk in you are not completely enclosed. Also you are setting up a tent that means staking and putting a tent pole not something you would want to do if your exhausted and just want to pull over somewhere and sleep. While I was figuring it out for the first time my teenager noted it was pretty stupid. She changed her tune once she saw it up.We used this tent for a two day camping in moderate temperatures. Set up is a bit easier than our regular tent with only one pool to insert. Make sure you stake out the right spots there are grommets in the doors for the poles to go that hold up the doors and it you stake those you can't open the door. There was a strong breeze when I set it up and I struggles for a bit until I got the door and window open to allow the air to flow through. Once up the tent did well in the wind, it billowed out but held steady. Its well made and although we did not get to test it out in the rain I am pretty confident it would stay pretty dry. It has a skirt you can put across the back to help keep up out bugs but we had a lot of stuff piled up and didn't bother. There were a lot of dearflies and a few mosquitos that we were protected against but one sneaky housefly managed to make its way in.In all I consider this a good purchase for a pretty frequent camper. It would be ideal for a festival if the temps are not to high. I think because the fabric isn't breathable it would get pretty hot on a hot still day.I expect the price to go up once they get some positive reviews which I think they will it's a lot of tent for the price.

Spacious, easy to set up. TBD on durability/wind performance
Fits great on my Taurus x. Though when I close my tail gate I introduce some slack. The stakes are garbage, I will upgrade with some heavy duty stakes or rebar. I sewed a stove flue in mine to use in the winter as a hot tent (see pics). So far works great, it’s really easy to set up. Only one tent pole for dome style, and some straight poles for using the awnings. I have not yet tried it with a snow load or wind. There are multiple guy line points that seem like they should make it pretty sturdy in the wind. I plan to purchase some suction cup hooks to better secure where the sides meet the vehicle for extra weather protection, there are loops for this already sewn on the tent. Overall quality seems good, seams are straight, zippers all work, no glaring flaws. I would bet that any heavy snow would snap the tent pole. Maybe I could use the awning poles to reinforce the roof… overall I’m happy, just plan on upgrading stakes (minimum 10)

Difficult to use. Bad experience.
The installation is complex and not suitable for beginners. My friend and I spent 1 hour and a half to complete it, and we couldn't figure out which rod which rod goes where.

Sturdy tent, tricky setup
Finally got a chance to try it out this past week. Tricky setup esp for a tent newbie like myself. Had to look up some videos since there were no instructions. However once I got it figured out, it did a great job and is very spacious. It's definitely doable to set up solo, just tricky. It did well against the rain. Didn't have much wind so can't comment about that. Love the little bumper cover. Will definitely need to replace the tent stakes and plan to add a tarp or rug for the future. Overall, pretty happy with the purchase.

It works fine if you're in a calm environment
My boyfriend and I took this out camping in the desert. It was a little complicated to put up since there were minimal instructions on the sheet provided. Once it was up, the tent pretty much added an extra room to the back of our 4Runner we use to camp in. We had enough space and shelter to put everything in the tent and close it up at night, plus still have enough room that a couple more people could have fit an air mattress and slept inside the tented room. I used rocks to hold it down, but the desert wind was too strong and the storm managed to blow our tent inwards. The material used for the tent was great at keeping the cold wind out while it was up though. I still recommend buying this, especially for beginner car campers it definitely helps with more shelter space.
