Handy for work
Bought these for work as part of something I'm working on. Lots of different figures which suits my need for them. Quite pricey but you get a considerable number of figures and Lego generally holds its value quite well.

No instructions but still decent range of figures
There are lots of small bits in this set and unfortunately it doesn't include any assembly instructions. So it is kind of a jigsaw puzzle where you look at the image in front of the box to match pieces and that might be boring for a smaller kid (3 yo in our case). Apart from that it is a nice set with plenty of community figures.
