Don't know why I bothered

Size 16/18 post partum. Had a c-section 8 weeks ago and bought this to help recover core strength. Ordered the 5xl and fits well. I'm 5'8" though and it doesn't come up past my natural waist so found it a bit short. Apart from that, very comfortable and encourages better posture. Breathable and will definately be ordering again from this brand.

Really robust waist trainer, excellent value for money

Long torso I don't think so! I'm 6ft and it's way to short. It is comfortable to wear but I am finding it is hard to wear for long periods of time because of its length
