zests your citrus..not your fingers!
I love this zester..have had zesters before,but always found them difficult to clean.. & get very little zest! This Microplane Zester however,is brilliant!!!, it gets the zest off lemons/limes (havnt tried oranges yet... but would be staggered if it wasn't as good with them too),but the most impressive bit is that it ONLY takes the Zest off... it doesn't zest the pith!!!!I don't know how that happens, but it does!!! the zest just falls into a nice pile,no pith,& to clean it? another great point... just rinse under the tap! no scrubbing, it just rinses clean! .If you want a top quality,no-fuss Zester,then look no further.

Excellent Zester
OK, it's a Zester, nothing to get excited about. Even though I did a little. I did a cooking course where they were using this stuff and I though it's a great piece of kit. Not only it's efficient at zesting, but it also collect neatly all the zest on top, no mess. I'd buy it again

As usual with microplane they have the professional edge when it comes to the finish and design of their products. A joy to use.

Expensive but excellent
Pricey but really does grate the outermost zest and no white bits. I’m very pleased with it and it looks like a great piece of kit which will hopefully last a long time.

The best in the business!!
Absolutely perfect! Grates nutmeg, parmesan, cinnamon stick, etc. Zests lemons & oranges to perfection and best of all, it's long enough to hold onto and still lay it directly over the container (pan or bowl) that you want to grate into. I use it every day for something or other and it's still razor sharp three years on!

Brillant Kitchen Gadget
I have seen chefs on TV using these for a while and you just can not get them on the high street well not mine anyway and I just had to have one. This is a zesters dream, not only does it remove all the zest from your citrus fruits and all of it - it does it without removing the pith. And no more zesting your fingers or knuckles like when using those nasty box graters.I have also used it on garlic and hard cheese with good results, and it cleans up with no fuss.A foodies dream present as it makes cooking less stressful if you have the right tools for the job. Definitely will recommend.
