Very good value. IF yours dies completely try replacing THE BATTERY before chucking the unit in a skip
I use mine in a domestic cctv environment. My first unit failed after 48 hours but was replaced quickly by CyberPower under warranty. The second lasted four years until it, too, stopped working. The builders had turned off mains power for several hours and this led to the UPS battery draining. On reconnecting to the mains the unit started emitting a single constant warning tone and no amount of fiddling with the front panel controls would stop this. Eventually it simply died and would not switch on at all. The factory manual states that in these circumstances a major failure has occurred and the unit needs to go in for repair. The warranty on the 800EILCD is two years and so mine had expired. I thought it worth changing the battery just to see what would happen. Luckily I had a spare battery lying around the garage. As soon as the ''new'' battery was installed the UPS came back online and now works perfectly.

Very Good
Bought this because im running 2 ssds in raid 0 with write cache disabled and dont want to lose data because of a power cut. I have a desktop with an overclocked i7 and 2 gpus in sli with a 850w psu. With the PC at full load the UPS lasts for about 5mins at idle load this increases to 30mins+. The software that comes with it is very lightweight and you can use it to shut the pc down automatically. The only issue i have had is with intermittent coil whine which can be very high pitch but is not very loud but considering this is a "value" product i can forgive this. Overall im very happy with this ups and would recommend it.

Make sure you assess the sizing carefully.
I was looking for a UPS to provide circa 5mins protection for a desktop, NAS, router & switch. Total load 360W.I believed that being circa 60% of the specified wattage that I would achieve the 5 mins or so required to shutdown my equipment gracefully.Unfortunately in practice you get barely 2mins.I have attached the url to access the Cyberpower sizing tool that I discovered after I received the unit that I hope may help others. In fact it would be good to see this included for potetntial buyers as part of the description/spec.http://eu.cyberpowersystems.com/products/ups_sizing_tool.htmWill use this one for my backup NAS unit.I have finally found a source to get replacement batteries for my existing Cyberpower 2200E 2200VA/1320W that gives me circa 15 mins. FYI Batteries lasted just over 3yrs.Was expecting 4-5yrs for the investment :-(. Also not a job for someone non-technical.

Ok....for 18 months
Ok....for 18 months then presto....complete overheat and failure of TWO units at exactly the same time.......I have other UPS's running and those along with everything else is fine so no idea what happened. These are only running NAS units, one on each so only a few watts load as well....Incorrect voltage displays on panel and they run very hot, even under low load. Good value initially but false economy........It is cheaper to spend twice as much on a reputable make...... There were storms around on the day but quite a way away, none locally and these things are supposed to be lightning and surge protected as are my other units that didn't fail. One star I'm afraid and that is only because I have to

One event and it's fried
I've had two of these and both lasted three years. In each case the mains power failed with rapid rolling on-off which this just system doesn't cope with. The plus is that the server was protected. The minus is that the UPS fails after one event.

Highly recommend.
I use it to protect my router and NAS against power cuts, which invariably happen where I live and has proved itself on a couple of occasions. It will keep what I have powered up for around 3 hours - the power cuts we had during recent storms lasted from 10 mins to an hour. Only fault would be that orange display doesnt appear to shut off and can be a little bright at night if kept in a bedroom. Highly recommend.

Great value quality UPS
This is an excellent UPS, mainly used for router and voip phones so outlasts the regular power cuts we get in the sticks. I do have my PC connected, but git it set to shut down on power failure as don't need it on without power. So great value does it's job well

Deludente

Klare Kaufempfehlung also.

L'altro invece funziona perfettamente.
