This is an excellent product and looks well in the garden. Just the right size...BUT it has doubled in price over the three months since I bought it in May 2024. This doesn't seem right. Appears to be different seller now from the one that supplied me. In fairness, maybe I got lucky with some old stock, but nevertheless this is a huge hike in price.

As other reviews have said, the pond is folded in half and taped together for postage.Once opened it quickly returns to it's original shape (turn it upside down, put something heavy on it and leave it overnight).Delivery was really quick and trackable.Installing it takes a good few hours but once installed it looks really good and I am very happy with it.Only been in a few hours but not expecting any issues.

perfect has a starter pond. product was very well made. good depth of planting ledges around pond sides. thoughtful little steps for creatures getting in and out. looks fab now planted up. Was easy to unfold the pond on arrival i left it in the sun an hour to warm up and it straightened out spot on. Very pleased.

The hardest thing about this to install is the digging out but the end result is fantastic, looks good not too big but not too small either.

Pond is fine but was delivered folded in half. Literally folded and taped. Had to weigh down in various places for a couple of weeks to reshape. Not good enough.

Just installed the new pond. Takes a lot of digging & a little rejigging, but that’s down to me and my helper! Re the product - it comes folded so needs to be left for a day to flatten out. I’ve got some grumbles about the rim/edge - it wasn’t easy to get that properly straightened out. My old one had a sort of rolled edge that was sturdy & stable. I’m also not sure why one of the built in spaces in the base of the pond (for plants/pump) had a slope on it. Surely flat is best? Anyway it’s in now and the fish are rehoused. Let’s hope it lasts as long as the old (smaller) one!

Awful misshapen and poor quality

Delivered very quickly folded in half in a gigantic box for protection. Flattened out quickly, very easy to install and its a lovely size for a wildlife pond with plenty of depth variations, wide shelving for planting and steps out incase anything falls in.Would definitely recommend.
