I have a pair of Softies in most of my dress shoes/boots. The quality surpasses anything you can get in the usual stores, and these make dress shoes so much more comfortable. Without these, some dress shoes/boots become painful after a few hours of walking; with them, I can hold up for many more hours of walking. They also prevent the foot from sliding forward into the toe box. I hightly recommend.

I have tried the other brands for high heels, but this is by far the BEST product I've ever had. It is literally like walking on pillows. My heels last week made my arches ache. Today with the Apara inserts I had zero foot pain AT ALL and no blisters after 10 hours. I hope they never discontinue this product.

It's nice to finally find a good pad cushion for heels that stays put and works well to relieve any pain! I would buy more but they are very pricey. My only complaint is, the retail price on the back of the product (same as shown in the photo) says $7.99, but it's listed as $10 regular price and apparently discounted to $9.80. Seems like the customer loses in this situation...?

Very comfortable to wear inside your shoes. I purchase it for a mule sytle pair of shoes I have, so the fit was a litte narrow for that type of shoe, but work just as well. Perfect for people who need that extra comfort on the ball of the foot. I highly recommend thise. This is my second order, and I'm sure I will be ordering more, as needed.

I bought these to wear in my wedding shoes - strappy 4" heels. They did absolutely nothing for me and I ended up having to change my shoes. They might be great for flats but I wouldn't recommend them for heels, as they seemed to make my foot slide farther down into my shoes, adding a ton of pressure and pain to my foot.

Use these on all the heels I wear often. It's on the pricey side but it's worth it. It has staying power and the adhesive doesn't wear off even after a few years. Taking that into consideration, you do get the most out of your money with this. The only thing is that it is a bit wide for most heels. Usually have to trim it, but I still wouldn't buy anything else. I've tried others such as Dr Scholl's and foot petals. The adhesives on both were laughable

These pads are a godsend. I use them as is, but also with a curve cut out for my sesamoids. They are the best combo of relative thinness and dense, soft padding that I have come across. The non-skid factor is just a bonus for my usage.
