Really impressed with how fine of detail I can cut compared to my old ...
I have owned other MH USCutter machines, this SCII is a solid step up. Really impressed with how fine of detail I can cut compared to my old machine and also doesn't have issues with static so far that the old machine had. For the price its great.

No number or email or any customer service to contact if a problem exist like mi me does now
It did not come with any software or any instructions at All. No number or email or any customer service to contact if a problem exist like mi me does now. Now I wait and see if I get a reply or any kind of a action to fix this issue. The cutter was bought for a Christmas gift and now it's a paper weight taking up space and i have a unhappy wife.

the software is easy to use and intuitive
This machine has done everything I expected. Having absolutely no previous experience with vinyl cutting I thought it would be hard to start out. However, the software is easy to use and intuitive. Following a few videos I was tabled to make many projects the same day it arrived. There is a lot of ancillary things to learn, mostly the different vinyl properties and which transfer tapes to use, but it's not difficult either. All in all, very pleased.

Great vinyl cutter in 2001, NOT 2018
No doubt, this is the armpit of vinyl cutting companies. I purchased the SAC720II. It isn't even together yet and I'm already regretting spending over $1200 on this machine. They didn't ship the vinyl I ordered with it, $200 worth and I can't reach anyone at the company. Why in 2018 do they not make a version of their software that is MAC compatible? For some god-awful reason they put 48" vinyl on the order for a 24" vinyl cutter. The machine didn't come with instructions for putting it together nor can I find a simple image of the cutter on their website or on the web for that matter. I downloaded the PDF for the machine and it's completely useless. It's been two hours of trying to figure out how the hell to put this thing together. The instructions for their software aren't even clear if they allow one to import an eps from Illustrator into their software. Now I have to go dig up an old pc laptop hoping I can get the EPS to transfer on a thumb drive. There is no excuse for something functioning like it did 15+ years ago which is the era these machines are from. I advise you to look elsewhere.
