Panasonic TX-50EX750B 50 Inch 4K Ultra HD 3D Smart LED TV

Firstly I did not buy this tv from amazon - good deals are available at leading electric retailers.Originally I had purchased a 50inch LG 810v super uhd with nano cell technology tv - but returned it due to light bleed, dimming issues and poor ‘blacks’.The Panasonic is a heavy well build unit. Picture quality is excellent (even on normal picture mode straight out of the box). Local dimming works well (much better then the LG - I leave it on medium - ‘black’ performance is very good). Viewing angles not as good as the LG which has an IPS panel but the adjustable stand helps. Connections available are in line with other TVs at this price point. WiFi performance is strong. Bluetooth on this tv does not work with my hifi or sound bar (had no such problems with the LG) - have been advised Bluetooth on this model only works with the 3D glasses (not provided with tv). Sound quality is good but again was better on the LG which actually had some sort of bass to the sound. Operating system is easy to use and well laid out but again not as good as WebOs on the LG and same goes for the remote. It’s a shame I had issues with my LG unit but I am extremely happy with the Panasonic ex750b - it may not have all the bells and whistles of the LG but in my view the overall design and picture quality are much better - everything else is on par with it’s rivals.

Good picture will fit works very well

Nice picture, when you can see it. Awful reflective panel for a mid-range tv. Also doesnt play 5.1 or dolby media movie files. Poor sound. Worst Panny ive owned.
