Union Locks 2295 2-Lever Mortice Sash-Lock 76mm - Chrome Finish

I can vouch for the reliability of this lock. I bought this as a replacement for an identical one that was already in my door. The one that was in my door lasted over 20 years without issue. The only reason I replaced it is that the key became a little stiff to turn. This replacement has been just as good as the one I had originally. It fit snug inside the door, was very easy to install, and frankly if this lasts as long as the old one, it will equate to £1/year! Can't say much for the design, it's very standard. Great value for money and feels very sturdy, I have no doubt that it'll last a long time.

If the screw holding the body together wasn't so tightly screwed in that it was impossible to remove. I've swapped loads of these type of locks before but this is the first time I've been unable to remove the screw to reverse the latch bolt. The screw head crumbled and the whole thing is useless.

Very good for the price! I live in Italy, in a UK builder house, so all the locks, windows and doors, are UK standard.. I need to install a partition with door, so I wanted to maintain the Union fittings!

Had to return as it was wrong and didn't fit door. Had to return but have already ordered a replacement

Brought this lock to replace an old unit. My mother broke a key in the lock and brought a replacement which kept sticking.Choose union as its a renowned lock manufacturer and have never had on fail yet. Was easy to install and have had no problems since it was installed
