After years using various clarifying shampoos, which as good as they are, always seem to leave a little build up behind, Noughty Detox works thoroughly!And the best of it is, this is a vegan, natural product where a little goes a long way, whereby a small amount lathers beautifully, washing away to leave your hair very soft and full of shine.I pondered buying for some time, favouring other brands on price comparison, however that’s a false economy, as the amount I use per wash is definitely less than other brands. And overall the price is very reasonable too!

The consistency, smell, and overall affect was better than I expected honestly. I have used other clarifying shampoos before and the results have been subpar. THIS PRODUCT HOWEVER WAS INCREDIBLE. I loved it. Highly recommend. I have naturally wavy and thick hair in addition it is bleach lightend to blonde. So when i saw people saying the shampoo was drying I was a bit concerned. I was welcomingly shocked when my hair did not feel dry and in fact felt moisturised. I wash my hair about once a week so i don't experience too much product buildup however my hair had felt not quite clean enough. This is what inspired me to find a detoxifying shampoo and I can confidently say Noughty came through 100% with their product.

The shampoo does not lather up but I find that it leaves my hair very soft and really clean. As it is not a shampoo that I need to use every hair wash I think that it will be good value. Smell not unpleasant.

It didn't lather a lot but enough to do the job and left my hair squeaky clean without it feeling harsh. Once dry it felt soft light and airy, so it did a good job.Probably be able to use this often as it doesn't strip hair of all its goodness.If you have long thick hair it will probably need two lathers up and rinses to do the job as it's quite gentle.

This makes my hair gel really clean. I'm not sure I could use it on its own as I wouldn't be able to brush my hair after, however I use it with the rescue conditioner and it's l like magic!Hair is soft, manageable and my hair doesn't look like an oil slick the next day!The smell is very delicate, and pleasant not too minty at all. In fact I think my m mint hating son could tolerate this, but he's not getting his hands on it! It's mine!It also doesn't make my head itch! I have a nightmare with shampoos and conditioners, I have no idea what's in some of them but they make my scalp itch. There's none of that with this stuff as it has no nasties in it!I've purchased it again.

The product does its job nicely but the smell of peppermint just isn't there, which is a pity.

I've been struggling with my hair and scalp due to hardwater. My hair has this weird, almost sticky texture and is dull and lifeless, and my scalp has been very dry and dandruff prone. After one wash, I can't believe the difference this has made! I washed my hair three times in a row, really scrubbing my scalp and roots. On the third wash, I wrapped my hair up to sit for 5 minutes with the shampoo in to let it set in. After rinsing, I followed up with my usual conditioner. Usually while my hair is airdrying, I can really feel the stickiness but noticed it was gone. My hair is so soft this morning and my scalp feels so much better! I'll be incorporating this in once a week from now on. I have very fine hair so I think anymore than that could lead to dryness.

I use this every 3rd wash, I find it makes my hair feel thicker and nice and clean. You do need to condition after using. This is my second purchase of this product and will buy it again.
