For small cuts or scratches that break the skin and do not require sutures, first clean the wound with 70 percent alcohol (yes it will sting), then put a dab of the gel on the wound. Cover with a bandage for at least 24 hours. Remove and you will see the wound is healing.

I've been using this product for years and find it to be the best money can buy. I find it to work better and quicker than the prescription version and I have used both. Since it has become increasingly difficult to find in the local stores, I was delighted to find it available on Amazon. Thank you!

Had surgery on my hand. When the sutures were removed, the incision opened up from top to bottom! I went to a wound care specialist who said it would have to be closed surgically. This gel was recommended by my granddaughter who is an R.N. Used as directed, the wound healed in about a month without surgery & very little scarring. Wish I could include photos! It’s amazing!

I prefer using this antimicrobial. It works faster than most first-aid ointments, and I am concerned about using antibiotic creams because of antibiotic resistance that develops.
