Have been using it for my ibs from past year and i have noticed that it helps with constipation if taken with water and triphala. Have also noted that the content of the pill changes from one purchase to another sometimes its thick content sometimes its thin powdery substance.

The product was delivered within 2 days, Superb by Amazon.. but the seal was open inside the bottle.. although the product seems legit will know only after I consume it.
