Introducing the SideStage Pro from YakAttack for 2024, an advanced horizontal rod stager designed with cutting-edge innovation and adjustability. Sold as a pair, the SideStage Pro allows you to stage and secure up to three rods. It features the new ClickTrac Rail System, enabling effortless attachment, adjustment, and removal of accessories with just a button press. Ideal for kayaks with bow-mounted motors or pedal drives, the SideStage Pro provides easy access to rods. Available in three versions—SideStage, SideStage Pro, and SideStage Pro with TurnKey Adapters (for aluminum boats)—the Pro model offers enhanced functionality. Unlike the base model, it attaches using the LockNLoad system, providing vertical adjustability and full 360-degree pivot capability. This feature is ideal for fine-tuning rod positioning. The ClickTrac Rail is a key feature, equipped with teeth on both sides for secure attachment and precise adjustment. To mount, press the orange button on the track adapter, slide the ClickTrac Rail into the clamp, and release the button to lock it in place. Adjust the rail’s overhang for optimal positioning. All models come with three FlipGrips per ClickTrac Rail. The FlipGrip slides along the rail and offers three positions: “Open” for basic rod staging, “Closed” where a rubber band applies pressure for various rod diameters, and “Locked” for added security with a locking lever. The FlipGrip is versatile, accommodating rod butts, rod tips, paddles, stakeout poles, or any tool up to 1.25 inches in diameter. Constructed from injection-molded, UV-stabilized polymers, the FlipGrip is built to endure harsh marine environments and provide long-lasting performance.
