Fun way to spend an evening. A little messy and time consuming. I should have read the instructions sooner, I thought it was something that could be done on the fly, but it takes a lot of prep. Once the prep is done storage is an issue. There should be a lot more ice molds. I tried with ice cube trays, but it just didn’t work out

I ordered this for my dad for Father’s Day. Usually it is impossible to find something for him. What do you get the guy who has everything? Then I came across this item and it could not be more perfect! Such a perfect gift for a mojito lover just like my dad! I cannot wait to try this out with him on Father’s Day. I just know he will love it!

OMG was that fun!!! everything you need to get your reverse spherification cocktails going after dinner tonight!!! Some savory foam on your steak will have everyone in awe. Read the directions before you start... you'll need distilled water (no calcium in the water - this will make sense once you start ;-) Good quality tools. easy to follow recipes and directions, clearly labeled ingredients.

I never would have tried this on my own, the kit was a must have. I've only tried one recipe so far. It was fun and I can see making it at a party with friends. I'm looking forward to trying more soon. This is a great kit of things that I wouldn't have found anywhere in my sleepy little city.

Arrived quickly and in good shape. Haven’t used it as it’s a gift for someone else but really like the concept and hope he enjoys fancying up his mojitos.

There are cheaper ways to get Mojitos, but the fun (and amazing chemistry) makes it perfect for a date-night. I would recommend as a way to say 'I'd like to spend some time with you (and drink a little too!)'

This makes for a very fun evening, recipes for foam is easy and adds flair to a mojito. Great product and comes with enough to make the recipes a couple of times.

Contiene tutto quello che serve per iniziare a sperimentare ricette o cocktail con queste tecniche, in particolare il prodotto è pensato per la realizzazione di diversi tipi di "Mojito" . Il libro correlato è fatto molto bene e spiega alla perfezione come ottenere gli effetti proposti in maniera precisa. Ho iniziato subito a sperimentare e devo dire che è stato molto semplice e divertente. Inoltre il kit comprende anche una pratica siringa da cucina molto utile. I materiali degli utensili di cui è composto il kit (cucchiaio,stampo in silicone, pipette, siringa) sono davvero ottimi. La confezione contiene tutto il necessario per preparare diversi tipi di ricette, ovviamente è solo un kit per iniziare, quindi non aspettatevi di quantità enormi.PRO- Imballo e confezioni davvero ben fatte- Contiene tutto il necessario per iniziare a sperimentare con la cucina molecolare- Libro allegato molto utile e tradotto in più lingue, italiano compresoCONTRO- Quantità in proporzione non giuste (troppo Lattato di calcio e poco Alginato)
