tire ruptured
back tire was ruptured on arrival. my sons birthday is the 4th of July. So disappointing. front tire also warped. crappy product.

Awesome Scooter , Awesome Customer Service
We love our Ped-Run Scooter! We purchased it because we wanted to keep up with our kids while they biked. We were hesitant to purchase the scooter because of all the reviews but no other scooter looked like it would accommodate an adult.The scooter came new in the box. We put the scooter together and it looked great. It was easy to assemble and inflate the tires. There was a piece missing for the brakes but the quality of the scooter was amazing so I didn’t want to give up on it. So I called Customer Service, whose number I found in the instruction manual. Everyone who I spoke with were professional, patient and very accommodating. They told me to bring the scooter to a local bike shop and when I got there I called Customer Service back and they coordinated with the bike shop. They sent out the part to the bike shop, the bike shop installed it and I was ready roll.I lost 10lbs after using the scooter for only a month. My kids love using the scooter too. It’s probably better for a kid but adults can use it too. The Scooter is built well and the Customer Service is five stars.
