Q: How thick is the inset?

Hi These are 1/4 of an inch not that thick I use these in mocs and slip on Loafers they are ok. Hope this has helped

I found these to be too slim. I bought some gel heels which are very good. Also got some half fit soles for my boots. I can’t really advise more than that
