Pigeon nipples not Lansinoh
Lansinoh and Pigeon are made by the same company. The lids and nipples are interchangeable with their bottles. These nipples are slightly different from true Lansinoh, though very similar with the same anti-colic hole. The first difference is that these nipples have the Pigeon design with the deep latch indentation line around the nipple. The Lansinoh nipples don’t have this. To me, they aren’t particularly useful, but some people might find them helpful. The most notable difference is that Pigeon nipples have slightly slower flow than Lansinoh nipples. These nipples trend toward slower flow than the genuine Lansinoh nipples (I got the S size), but I suspect there is some small variation between them from manufacturing too. It’s hard to keep track of them since they look the same, but sometimes my baby chokes a little on certain nipples when it flows too fast, but is fine with others. In any case, the nipples are good enough, and they are close enough to the real deal.

Works fine
The compatibility of these nipples worked fine with lansinoh bottles, but not good with Nuk baby rose. I can use regular lansinoh nipples with Nuk baby rose bottles. (It has a tiny hole that makes it leak allover with Nuk, unless really fix the nipple might not leak.

Great Replacements
These replacement nipples for the Lansinoh bottles fit perfectly on the bottles and create a secure, leak-free seal, which gives me peace of mind during feedings. I’ve also used them with my Philips Avent bottles and even though they’re a bit loose, I haven’t had any leaking issues. The flow works really well for my little one and has been a great fit for their needs. The quality itself is great as well.

NOT SLOW FLOW AT ALL!
NOT SLOW FLOW! I ordered these for my 2 month old daughter's bottles, it said slow flow on all of the packaging and had an S on the plastic case.. I never would've thought I should check the nipple itself to make sure it was what it was supposed to be but I guess I should have. I only checked after trying to feed my daughter for the past two days and wondering why she was having so much trouble drinking, choking and spitting out a lot of precious breast milk because it was coming out of the bottle too fast. On the bottom of the nipples were different numbers on each, one had a 3, one had a 4, and one had a 5. Typically that means what rate of flow that is and tonight my 2 month old was trying to drink from a 5. Obviously im returning these but other moms should know what theyre getting is not what they think theyre buying.

A great, high quality alternative
I was skeptical about the quality given the price of these, but they’re just as good as the ones that came with our baby bottles. The silicone feels thicker than I thought it would be, and it’s very soft and malleable. Overall, it feels very high quality. We got the slow flow version, and we’ve noticed an improvement in how long it takes for him to finish feeding. We also haven’t run into any issues with the shape of the nipple compared to our other ones, and we haven’t noticed any challenges in him taking to this new bottle due to the shape, which is reassuring. The size is comparable to our previous nipple, and so no issues there, either. Overall, it’s been easy to transition him between our old nipple and this new one. I like that this came with two containers to store the 6 nipples. With all that we have going on, having to keep track of loose tops is something we have no time for. The nipples fit in each case without too much fuss, although I wouldn’t mind if the cases were slightly bigger. The shape of them makes it somewhat tricky. We really love how easy it was to incorporate these replacements into our normal feeding schedule. Highly recommended.

Great inexpensive replacement for Lansinoh nipples
I wanted to thoroughly test these out before reviewing and I'm glad I did. These were great for my needs, but there are some things I noticed. First, these are definitely a slightly faster flow than the OG lansinoh size XS I think they call it? The extra slow flow. My baby is now 6 months and these are perfect flow speed for her. When I first got them at 3-4 months they were too fast and some times she would spit the milk from getting too much. I had no problem with compatibility and fit with the Lansinoh lids. They fit perfectly and it was easy to transition my baby - she didn't even notice there was a difference in the nipple which was great. The one issue we did have was with one or two of the nipples, there is an issue with the air flow or something? When she is sucking on the nipple it will flatten like the air is being sucked from it and she is unable to pull any milk from the nipple. If I unscrew the top it will reinflate but when she starts sucking again it will do it again. I've had to discontinue using just one of the nipples due to that issue. Overall, if you are looking for a more inexpensive replacement nipple for your bottles, these are definitely worth getting.

Soft, Reliable, and Very Well Packaged
These replacement nipples are an excellent choice for anyone using Lansinoh bottles. The 100% silicone material is very soft and mimics a natural feel, which is helpful for babies who switch between breastfeeding and bottle-feeding. I particularly liked that they come separated in two individual containers of three nipples each; this is great for hygiene and organization, as you don't have to open all of them at once. The "Slow Flow" Size S is perfect for infants, providing a steady pace that prevents gas thanks to the anti-colic venting. They are durable, easy to clean, and the packaging makes them much easier to store safely.

Reliable Comfortable Replacement Bottle Nipples
These silicone replacement nipples are a solid option if you need extras or replacements. The silicone feels soft but durable and they have held up well to regular washing and sterilizing. The slow flow design works as intended and helps prevent overwhelming baby during feeds. I also appreciate that they are BPA free and designed to reduce air intake. The anti colic feature makes a noticeable difference especially during longer feeds with less fussing afterward. They fit securely on compatible bottles and do not leak. Overall these are dependable well made replacement nipples that do exactly what they are supposed to do. A good choice to have on hand.
