Really great solid feeling product. Only a small amount of vibration into hands when using. Very quiet, and works efficiently. Battery seems good, unfortunately not the Dewalt fitting I was hoping for (why do they feel it needs to be Dewalt yellow if it doesn’t fit their batteries). Others mentioned Makita fitted, but don’t have any to try.

Great sander, lasts a good while too. It feels well made like more premium brand. Could be a bit lighter and would be great if they gave you 2 batteries, as I was sanding a wall and the battery ran out which meant I had to switch to another sander. Overall I would recommend this. Not sure if you can buy batteries separately. Seller doesnt seem to have them. Would have gotten 5 stars if there was another battery 💯 I forgot to add, the sanding discs are also very good quality and do not clog up quickly. I was sanding wall panels in an eggshell paint and they worked very well. I didnt use more than one disc (p80).

This is a review of the DEKOPRO 20V Sander with Battery and Charger,6000-13000RPM, 125mm Sander with 15Pcs Sandpapers & Dust Extraction for Sanding, Polishing Wood, DIY, Home Improvements. This product was priced at £39.99 at the time of posting this review. The sander is supplied with 1 rechargeable battery, charger, dust collector, vacuum cleaner adapter, instruction manual, and 15 sanding sheets. The battery can only be charger off the tool as the charging port is hidden when attached. I could only see when it was charged by pressing the test button on the front of the battery. The 15 sheets of sanding paper are 3 sheets of each of 5 different grits from a very gritty 60 up to a smooth 1000 which are perfect a variety of different uses. I like how the on/off switch is under a rubberised cover so no chance of sawdust getting inside the electrical parts. The speed control is conveniently placed on top of the tool. The dust collector is a good additional item that other makers charge extra for. I don’t use the included vacuum cleaner adapter as the reason I used battery operated cordless tools is, so I don’t have to be near a power outlet. So, I don’t want to be dragging a vacuum cleaner around with me, that’s not very portable. Replacement sanding discs are readily available. For the price this DEKOPRO 20V sander represent good value for money as a DIY tool. It performs very well and I never have so much sanding to do that I can’t finish on a single charge of the battery.

Very good powerful sander, rubbish battery I bought this to sand down an internal door before glossing, and power-wise it genuinely surprised me. On max speed it has plenty of punch, although it does feel like it’s trying to shake itself apart — the motor feels slightly unbalanced, which leads to more vibration than it should. You get the sander, a generic battery, sanding discs, a dust bag and a vac adapter. The dust bag is basically pointless; the internal fan just isn’t strong enough to pull dust in. The vac adapter is the only sensible option. The included sanding discs are a basic assortment and gum up very quickly. Mesh discs are a much better choice. Now for the weak point: the battery. Fully charged, I got under 25 minutes of runtime. That’s almost certainly down to low‑quality cells. The pack is essentially a Makita-style battery with a DC jack instead of the usual base charger. I tried one of my genuine 5Ah Makita packs and the sander ran perfectly, so the tool itself isn’t the issue — the bundled battery is. As a standalone tool, it’s fine for small jobs. If you already own Makita batteries, the bare unit is actually decent value. But I wouldn’t run it at full power for long sessions; the vibration makes me doubt its long‑term durability. Overall: 4 stars for general home use. Not suitable for professional or heavy-duty work.
