It was simple to put together, the instructions were easy & clear. Everything went together as it should. Just be sure when putting the back & arm rests on, DONT tighten down until everything is in place! I think that is the biggest mistake people make assembling desk chairs. I bought it for me, and really thought the seat would be a little bigger. I got it together and my husband sat down in it moments after I finished. He is a tall skinny guy and it fit him perfect. So before I even tested it, it went down the hall & I went looking for another one. I sat in it before I ordered one for me. It isn't *plush* but it is comfortable. I'm *fluffy* (curvy, plump & bubble butt) and tend to tuck a leg under me so a wider seat is more comfortable. If you sit properly this would be a good seat for someone even heavier than I am (probably about 225lbs?). I'm about 175lbs, but like a ROOMY seat because I sprawl & often have a cat or two on my lap while working. It is moving well on a office style carpet, but you will have a challenge moving around on longer carpet without getting up first. Everything on it works well, and hubby not only uses it while in his computer but it's comfortable enough he sits in it to watch TV. I'm glad he likes it because I really wanted something A bit larger and more padded, but there's nothing wrong with it from our experience & I've certainly used worse! I'd have been happy to have this at many of my corporate jobs, but I'm spoiled now that I work from home. I personally wouldn't want to spend 8 hours a day in it but hubby seems to be very satisfied and has not complained of any discomfort. I think it's a great chair with a terrific price!

This is a great chair, but unfortunately, I was a little bit too big to sit into the seat. The handrails were squeezing my outer legs.. I contacted the vendor recording the purchase, and they were very nice and courteous towards me of the situation that I had. They did ask me if I want another chair, but I told them that I could not do it due to the tightness of the seat within my legs. So they are for me a full refund and no issues getting a refund. Highly recommend this vendor for your computer chair needs.

This chair is a waste of money, don’t trust the images they provide those are probably pictures of whatever designer chair they knocked off, as the chair I got was the same looking but worse, think of the way a Big Mac looks in the promotional image and then the sad flattened out little thing you get when you buy it. Seat padding is practically non existent, the high back doesn’t even make it to my shoulders and I’m only 5’10”. This is not a big and tall chair, I’m not THAT big or that tall and I can barely squeeze between the armrests. I’m 5’10” and about 250 pounds and this big and tall chair claimed it could handle 450 pounds, I’m less than half it’s weight and have had it less than six months and it’s already starting to bend and go crooked and it’s not like I’m doing gymnastics on this thing I mostly just use it for when I’m gaming or working on the computer. I mean I can’t understand why anyone would buy this but I will say that it was easy to assemble and looks nice even if it looks like someone deflated it. Honestly no matter what you plan on using it for, pick another chair. This thing is a total waste.

What a great chair. Looks like leather and is comfortable indeed. Easy to assemble other than a bad screw which I was able to split and fix but it would be advisable for the maker to add an extra screw/bolt.

The chair itself is very nice...comfortable with lots of cushion. However, the butterfly tilt mechanism is total junk, First the tilt control knob was broken off when received and didn't even look like it belonged with the chair. So I tried a wrench to adjust the spring but that didn't work at all....still couldn't make the chair tilt backwards. Had to buy a new tilt mechanism for the chair that is sold here on Amazon. Buyer beware.

The price is right and the chair itself is a rock solid build. Not sure about the high back, as I've had chairs with higher backs. This one stops short at the base of the neck. Seat cushion could also be beefer. I'm 220 lbs. and I believe I have already used up the cushion. LOL. The rest of the chair is ok. The back is really cushioned. The arms flip out of the way really nice, and the height mechanism works ok as well. Assembly is where it hurts. I don't know how I could spend about three hours putting it together. Even with the screws/bolts loose I had to use almost all the muscles in my body to force the holes into place to get the screws in. So I guess it really helps to have two people to assemble this.
